Our admin panel provides organizations with a powerful dashboard to manage QR codes, view analytics, and manage team members.
The admin panel collects user behavior data solely for the purpose of improving our products and services.
You agree to use the admin panel in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service in any manner that violates these Terms or any applicable laws. Specifically, you agree not to:
5.1 Prohibited Activities
Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Generate QR codes that link to malicious, harmful, or inappropriate content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or our systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Use the Service to send spam, viruses, or other harmful code.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

You may not create QR codes that:
Contain defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory content.
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
Link to phishing sites or fraudulent content.
Promote violence, hate speech, or illegal activities.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by One More QR and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service are and will remain the exclusive property of One More QR.
The One More QR name, logo, and all related trademarks are owned by One More QR and may not be used without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service ("Your Content").

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that Your Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
7. Payment and Subscription Terms
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any fee change will become effective at the start of the next billing cycle.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We do not store your payment information.
If payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to paid features.
7.3 Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied, contact support within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
After 14 days, all payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
8. Privacy and Data Collection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONE MORE QR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless One More QR and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

11. Termination

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which One More QR operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
