Cookie Policy

Cookie Policy

1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how One More QR ("OMQR", "we", "our", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on our public marketing website and authentication pages.

On this marketing website, we use Google Tag Manager for non-essential analytics cookies. Google Analytics 4 is configured as a tag inside GTM. We do not use advertising cookies, social media pixels, or other third-party marketing trackers on this website.

Our QR-code guide product (the page shown when someone scans a QR code) uses different cookies and consent tooling — see our Privacy Policy, Section 6 ("QR Scan End-Users"), for that detail.

Read this policy together with our Privacy Policy.

2. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website.

We also use local storage to remember your cookie consent choice.

3. Cookies We Use

3.1 Essential Cookies and Storage

These are required for core functionality such as security, session management where applicable, and storing your cookie consent decision.

Essential technologies do not require consent in most jurisdictions.

3.2 Analytics Cookies (Google Tag Manager)

With your consent, we load Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use our website.

Google Analytics 4 is deployed through GTM and may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_*.

Analytics data is used only for our internal product and website improvement. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We use Google Consent Mode: analytics storage remains denied until you click "Accept all" on our cookie banner.

3.3 Cookies We Do Not Use on This Website

This marketing website (onemoreqr.com) does not use Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, or similar advertising trackers.

This marketing website does not use PostHog, Amplitude, Hotjar, or other third-party analytics platforms.

This does not apply to our QR-code guide product, which does use Amplitude and PostHog (consent-gated) to analyze scan activity on behalf of the business whose QR code was scanned — see our Privacy Policy, Section 6 ("QR Scan End-Users"), for full detail.

4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

On your first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies.

If you reject, Google Tag Manager will not load and no analytics cookies will be set.

To change your choice later, clear site data for onemoreqr.com in your browser and revisit the site.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Google as Service Provider

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are provided by Google LLC. Google may process cookie data on our behalf according to our instructions for internal analytics only.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page.
